Martin A. Hammrich

Martin A. Hammrich, age 57, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at Jenkins Living Center in Watertown.

Memorial Visitation services will be at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel in Watertown and also 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016, at Mundwiler Funeral Chapel, Milbank, SD.

Martin was born on June 11, 1958, in Hosmer, SD, to Albert and June (Dammer) Hammrich. He attended school in Ipswich and Milbank and graduated from Ipswich.

Martin lived between Watertown and Aberdeen at various times. He constructed grain bins and later became self-employed doing a variety of jobs. Martin enjoyed country music, especially Barbara Mandrell. He also had a passion for computer games and time spent with his dog.

Martin is survived by his brother, David, of Milbank; one sister, Marcia Anderson, of Ortonville, MN, and a special friend, Joan Bowers, of Watertown.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
