District 4 VFW Auxiliary Officers Elected

The District 4 VFW Post and VFW Auxiliary meeting was held Sunday, April 10, in Sisseton with President Sharon Wellnitz presiding. There were 25 members present. Department Chaplain, Mark Kirkvold of Sioux Falls, was the Department Representative.

An election of officers was held and Sharon Wellnitz was elected President. Myrna Bell was elected as Senior Vice President, Joan Bowers was chosen Junior Vice President, and Gloria Fortin was Treasurer. Other officers elected were Rita Mack, Chaplain; Deb Maifield, Conductress; Doris Jaeger, Guard, and Alpha Behrens, 3-Year Trustee.

Appointed officers included Yvonne Pauli as Secretary, Claudette Lewno as Assistant Guard, May Gibson as Banner Bearer, and Patti Mitchell as Flag Bearer.
