Bringing a fresh approach, Pauli introduced the players to his camp, which he named OTA – Organized Team Activities. “The goal was to introduce offensive and defensive philosophies, review the fundamentals of the game, and give me a chance to get the know the girls and them to get to know me,” he explained. “I was extremely pleased with the girls’ attitude and effort.”
