South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley tells The Valley Express that progress has been made in the investigation of the murder of Tess Morgan Monae White. A landowner found the body of the 25-year-old in a farm field in western Grant County on May 17th.

White was from West Allis, WI. She had been reported missing by relatives three days earlier. She was last seen leaving her West Allis residence voluntarily on May 5th.

Jackley tells The Valley Express an autopsy has been performed, but the cause of death has not yet been released. The investigation includes cooperation from authorities in South Dakota and Wisconsin.
