Milbank Post 9 Begins State Tournament Play Today

Milbank American Legion Post 9 punched its ticket to the State Class B baseball tournament and will begin play Friday in Webster.
Milbank will battle Winner/Colome in the first game of the evening session Friday at 5 p.m. The tournament begins Friday and will wrap up Tuesday with the championship game at 1 p.m.
In other first round games Friday, Madison will take on Redfield at 10:30 a.m. with Hartford/Humboldt facing Vermillion 30 minutes after its completion. Spearfish is pitted against the home team, Webster, in the final game of the day.
