The Grant County Christian Service Council is partnering with Feeding South Dakota to provide free food to families and individuals in need. The event is Wednesday, June 14, at 4:30 p.m. The location has changed from its previous location to the Grant County 4-H exhibit building with entry at the north door.

Feeding South Dakota brings a truck filled with frozen meats, dairy products, canned and boxed goods, breads and bakery items, and fresh produce.“There are no income restrictions,” stated organizer LeAnn Kuper. “This is open to any individual, family, or household that is in need of food.”

A drive thru for food pickup is on the north side of the building. Parking for volunteers and patrons is in the Flynn Trail parking lot or the American Lutheran Church parking lot.

Volunteers are needed to set up, distribute the food, and tear down. Call Kuper at 605-949-0617.
