November 4 marked the first all-girls recital in the MHS band room. “The annual boys event has been held for numerous years,” stated coordinator Susan Karels. “The girls wanted to have one also, so we added the girls recital this year.” Selections included piano, clarinet, guitar, voice, and special effects by popping balloons.

The boys music recital featured the piano, voice, violin, guitar, and the trapset drums.
