32 Kindergarten Girls Entered in Little Miss Milbank Contest

Thirty-two kindergarten girls entered the annual Snow Queen Festival in hopes of being named Little Miss Milbank. The contest takes place in the Milbank High School theatre on Saturday November 11 starting at 7 p.m.
