The M-Club invites all Lady Bulldogs to celebrate over 40 years of girls basketball at MHS. The ceremony takes place Saturday, January 20, during the games between the Bulldogs and West Central High School at the Milbank Armory. The 1987 State Class A Championship Team and the State Class A runner-up teams from 1988 and 1989 will be recognized during halftime of the girls varsity game.

Lower level games begin at 1 p.m. Tipoff for the girls varsity game is approximately 3:30 p.m.

“We hope to fill the gym with past, present, and future Milbank Lady Bulldogs,” stated organizer Anne (Nef) Seffrood. “This event is a great time to honor the past, celebrate the present, and inspire the future of girls basketball.”

All Lady Bulldog alumnae are invited to a social at the Speedway Event Center following the games. Organizers are also searching for photos of teams from all the decades of MHS girls basketball.
