All children through second grade are invited to join the Easter egg hunt sponsored by Milbank Community Pride according to Kathleen Holscher, one of the event organizers. The hunt will be held Saturday, March 31, at 10 a.m. on the front lawn of the Milbank Care and Rehabilitation Center at 1103 S. 2nd Street.

The Easter Bunny plans to hop by to meet the children, and cookies will be served following the hunt. The hunt is free, but “every bunny” is asked to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Grant County Food Pantry.

Hunters need to bring a basket or bag to carry home eggs and prizes. In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be held in the Milbank High School gymnasium.

Milbank Community Pride is a non-profit community organization. The group raises funds and invests the money into the community to support children’s activities and education.
