Former MHS football coach Jeremy Tostenson was the head coach for the Blue team during the 2018 South Dakota All Star Football Game. The game was held at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion on June 9. It was the fourth time Tostenson had coached a South Dakota All Star team and the 32nd annual game.

Tostenson ended his 16-year football coaching career at this game. Mitch Quade and Cole Dockter, players from Milbank, also took their final bows on the high school football field. The two were selected from players across the state to play for the Blue team. The Blue team was victorious 27-6.
