Laura Ingalls Wilder and American Girl Programs Set at Library

Registration is open for two young reader programs at the Grant County Library in Milbank. Both programs will be held on July 25, from 1:30 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Readers who have completed kindergarten or first grade will explore pioneer life and times based on the Little House books by Laura Ingalls Wilder. Readers who have completed second through fifth grade will explore the lifestyle in 1974 using Julie from the American Girl books.

Attendees will learn about life during an earlier time period, create items used in the past, and even visit an historic house and school. American Girl dolls are also welcome to attend.
