Arlys was a lovely woman. She was always kind and encouraging to me as a child, even though I couldn’t climb the rope. She was a wonderful 4-H leader, a friend to my Mother, and always had a ready smile. I can still hear her infectious laughter. Milbank has lost a big part of it’s heart. My condolences to Rhonda and Bryan and their families, and to Duane.
