Dolores (Mrs. Richard) Olson, age 67 of Corona, SD, passed away on October 26, 2019, at The Villages, Florida.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 11, at 4:00 p.m. at Mundwiler Funeral Home, and the family will greet friends until 7:00 p.m.

Dolores Rose (Campbell) Olson was born on May 20, 1952, in Los Angeles, California. She was the daughter of Louis and Shirley (Shickman) Campbell. Dolores lived in Inglewood, CA, until 1969. She moved to Milbank, SD, and was united in marriage with Richard Allen Olson on October 21, 1972. They lived one year in Arlington, VA, and returned to Milbank in 1973. Dolores worked at Bill’s Super Valu until 1976, then worked at Way To Go Boutique until 1979. She worked at a day care from 1981 until 1986. In 1986, they moved to St. Peter, MN, and Dolores worked at Erickson’s Grocery Store, Bungum Reality, and First National Bank. They returned to Milbank and she worked for State Farm and Beren’s Grocery Store.

Dolores and Rich enjoyed retirement in Florida. She loved to travel, play golf, and music. Dolores adored her grandchildren!

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Olson of The Villages, FL; daughter, Kim, and husband, Eric Stern, and their children: Kayla, Andrew, and Emily; son, Jeff Olson, and wife, Abby, and their children: Haven and Holland; son, Robert Olson, and wife, Chelsea, and their children: Grace and Kyler; daughter, Cathy, and husband, Josh Oliver, and their children: Lily and Lexi; brother, Joe Campbell, and wife, Kay, and their children: Jodi, Joe, Bryan, Crystal, Chad, Danyell; sister, Janet, and husband, Dan Klick, and their children: Ryan and Carrie.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents: Louis Campbell and Shirley Kruse; step-father, Beryl Kruse; father-in-law, Lawrence Olson; and mother-in-law, Margaret Olson.
