The Milbank Bulldog wrestling team traveled to the Rapid City Invitational held on Friday and Saturday, December 13-14. Over 40 teams competed.

“There was tough competition, but the guys competed and wrestled hard,” stated head coach Jeremy Tostenson. Milbank wrestlers who secured at least one win on Friday included Jacob Johnson, Kaden Krause, Brady Femling, Barrett Schneck, and Brodie Holtquist. Each were eventually eliminated from placing in the tournament.

When a wrestler was defeated in one of their first two matches on Friday, they went on to compete in the Second Chance tournament on Saturday. Milbank wrestlers who competed in that tournament included Brayden Christensen, Leyton Raffety, Dillon Schneck, Toby Schneck, and Logan Meyer. Raffety, D. Schneck, and T. Schneck each won both matches on day two, and Christensen and Meyer went 1-1.
