EXIT Realty in Milbank Gives Away $1000 Prize

Judy and Dave Dockter got a surprise phone call Friday evening, January 31. The snowbirds were not expecting a call from up north and certainly not from their realtor, Denice Hooth of EXIT Realty/Leading Edge, telling them they had just won a $1000 gift certificate to Zem’s Furniture & Appliances. Hooth informed the Dockters they were the Grand Prize winners at the EXIT Realty/Leading Edge Milbank client appreciation party.

Door prizes were also awarded throughout the evening. Attendees took home goodies ranging from a French coffee press and gigantic bag of coffee to trendy home decor.

Denice Hooth, Elli Grabow, and Laura Dean hosted the event to thank their customers who had purchased property and business associates who had been instrumental in the firm’s success in 2019. Hooth, owner-broker of the real estate company, said, “My colleagues and I have the best customers in the world. Elli, Laura, and I work hard all year to give them equally great service; the party is a fun way for us to show them a little extra gratitude.”

Hooth said she also appreciates the fantastic working relationship the EXIT team has formed and how together that means three times the effort for their clients.
