Grant County Sheriff’s Office Closed to Public

According to a statement released by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, the office has closed its doors to the public until further notice. No one will be allowed into the main area of the sheriff’s office. The sheriff or a deputy will determine who is allowed in the building.
Business will be conducted in the main lobby area. All individuals conducting business in the lobby are instructed to use hand sanitizer before exchanging paperwork or materials with employees.
Inmate visitation has also been suspended. Individuals desiring to visit with an inmate are encouraged to go online to purchase a phone card for the inmate or take money to the office.
