Did your child miss the October screening? The Milbank School District will hold an additional screening for those who missed the October evaluation. The screening is for children who will be three years old by March 31, 2023.
Sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 2 p.m. at Milbank Middle School on April 14. (All appointments that have been made will keep the same time as the March 31 date.) The evaluation examines your child’s skills in the areas of motor, speech, language, and general knowledge. Sessions generally last less than an hour.
A regional Head Start representative will also be available to assist with the Head Start application process.
