The Milbank Area Retired Teachers and Personnel Association (MARTA) will meet on Thursday, May 15, at 11 a.m. in the Milbank Pizza Ranch.
The South Dakota Retired School Personnel convention was held May 5-7 in Sioux Falls. A memorial presentation was given in honor of state members who passed away in the last year. The group included MARTA member Nancy Bloem of Milbank.
The PowerPoint presentation of the memorial will be repeated at the May MARTA meeting prior to a short business meeting. Door prizes will be awarded.
