The Milbank group of Teens Against Tobacco Use (TATU) has been spreading the message of Red Ribbon Week from October 21-31. The message of the red ribbons is simple: Take a stand against the loss of life and energy to drug abuse.
The TATU group has been hiding red ribbons throughout the school. Students can turn them in for a prize. Members have also positioned posters with various facts about drugs, alcohol, and vaping in the building and have tied red ribbons on vehicles in the parking lot of the school.
