Olivia Foell, Miss Milbank 2026, is competing in the 80th Annual South Dakota Snow Queen Festival along with 26 other candidates from across the state. The Festival began Thursday, January 8, with receptions, banquets, workshops, a skating party, rehearsals, and local visits. Olivia was escorted into the banquet by her father Dr. Matt Foell.
The crowning of the 2026 South Dakota Snow Queen will take place in the Aberdeen Civic Theater at 7 p.m. tonight, Saturday, January 10. Tickets are $15 and available at the door.
Olivia was crowned 2026 Miss Milbank during The Valley Express 62nd Annual Snow Queen Festival on November 15. She was selected from a field of 18 MHS senior contestants. Olivia is the daughter of Matt and Heather Foell.
