The Bulldogs defeated the Redmen 67-43 on the road in Sisseton on Tuesday, February 10. Milbank made it look easy with nine 3-pointers. Sam Rick made four, Lincoln Holscher made three, and Jeter Scoular and Braylen Bowsher each nailed one.. The Bulldogs jumped out to an early 20-point lead in the first quarter and held on for a 24-point win. Sisseton sparked a rally in the second half, but they were never really contenders.

Rick finished with 22 points and two assists. Holscher had 13 points and three assists. Scoular secured nine points and added two assists. Emmett Snaza scored six points and made a steal. Jack Howard scored five points and made three assists. Ryan Keeton contributed four points and one assist.  Bowsher added three points. Mack Koplin and Ethan Owen each made two points. Cade Grabow dropped in a free throw.

Scoular and Howard led the Bulldogs with six boards. Scoular also made two steals. Rick and Holscher each recorded five rebounds and a steal. Keeton had two rebounds. Bowsher got one.

The Bulldogs hit 46 percent of their shots from the floor. They were hot from behind the arc and connected on 53 percent from long range. Milbank  downed two of five from the free throw line.

Sisseton was led by Derrick Flute and Josh Donnell. Flute made 12 points and got six rebounds. Donnell got 11 points and three rebounds. Carter Stickland added six points and two rebounds. Levi Nelson made five points and two rebounds. Bret Hanson had four points and two rebounds.  Kenny German made a 3-pointer. Jeremias Perez scored one field goal.

The Redmen made 40 percent of their shots overall. They hit five of 14 from long range –all in the second half– for 36 percent. They downed two of six from the stripe.

Three Lady Bulldogs hit  double figures to put away the Lady Redmen 49-41 on Tuesday, February 10, in Sisseton. Susie Schuneman scored 15 points, including three 3-pointers.  Belle Pauli and Anna Neugebauer each added 14 points and three steals. Neugebauer made it a double-double with 11 rebounds. Pauli was close with nine rebounds. Pauli also recorded an assist and three steals. Bailee Hendricks, adjusting to her new role as a starter, did her part with six points, two assists, and five rebounds. Bree Townsend contributed three assists, three rebounds, and a steal. Lydia Gail pulled down one rebound

Milbank hit 38 percent of their shots from the floor. They downed 23.5 percent from beyond the arc.They claimed 11 of 14 from the stripe for nearly 79 percent.

Sisseton was led by Elliot Hortness who scored 11 points and brought down four rebounds. Saylor Langager made nine points and led her team with seven rebounds. Maylee Bravebull secured eight points. Fallon Hawkins added seven points and two rebounds. Kennedy Hanson made six points and one rebound.

The Lady Redmen made 13 of 47 of their shots from the floor for 28 percent. They hit  32 percent from long range. At the line they collected seven of 11 for nearly 64 percent.
