MHS junior Macyn Dunnihoo took 11th place on the Floor and sophomore Raina Untalan took 12th place in the Vault competition at the 2026... Dunnihoo and Untalan Make Top 12 at State Gymnastics 

MHS junior Macyn Dunnihoo took 11th place on the Floor and sophomore Raina Untalan took 12th place in the Vault competition at the 2026 Class A South Dakota State Gymnastics Championships. The meet was held in Mitchell on Friday and Saturday, February 13-14. Milbank freshman Aria Prasnicki and eighth-grade Timbree Sporser  each recorded a personal best score on the Bars.  Freshman Jada Leigh Wellnitz and eighth graders Marley Pinkert and Nuria Rodriguez Duron also put up good scores for the Lady Bulldogs.

Milbank landed in eighth place as a team. Estelline-Hendricks repeated as the team title winner for the fourth year in a row. Parkston-Hanson-Ethan-Mount Vernon took second. Deuel captured third place.

Kelly Wollschlager serves as the head coach for Milbank. Assistant coaches include Michele Benike, Miranda Dunnihoo, and Amber Fraasch.

Individually, Maggie Hausman of Estelline-Hendricks won the All Around competition with 37.9001 points. Kylah Biggins of Chamberlain was the runner up with 37.3667 points.Riah Hartung of Estelline Hendricks took third place at 36.9334.
