Bulldog Netters Host Lennox and Roncall at Triangular

The Milbank boys tennis team hosted a triangular meet with Lennox and Aberdeen Roncalli on Monday, May 10, at Cantine Courts. The Bulldogs suffered two losses.

Milbank fell 9-0 to Lennox and 8-1 to Roncalli. Joe Schulte was the lone Bulldog to secure a victory. “As a team I felt we didn’t play as well as we have in the past,” stated head coach Jade Miller. “But, some of the guys played well and had very competitive matches. Joe Schulte had a great comeback win versus his Roncalli opponent.”

1. Riley/Raffety fell to Plank/Plank, 6-1, 6-1; 2. Schulte/Street dropped to Dougherty/Plank, 6-1, 6-3; 3.
   Perez/Grabow lost to Lunstre/Geiken, 6-0, 6-2.
   Junior varsity match – Snaza/De Salazar lost 9-7.
