The Milbank Middle School choirs were represented by 21 seventh and eighth-grade students at the Festival for Young Voices in Brookings on Thursday, March 13. The group performed a grand concert that evening in the Performing Arts Center on the campus of South Dakota State University. Mrs. Kaye Waltner rehearsed with the group and served as the guest conductor.
Milbank students included Gunnar Anderson, Willow Bender, Tenley Bohn, Riley Brown, Paisley Ericsson, Henry Heller, Bailie Hendrick, Zora Henrich, Tristan Hooth, Violet Johnson, Ella Koplin, Lauren Lester, Rylan Locke, Alyssa Rethke, Emmett Schuelke, Kylynn Schwandt, Charlotte Swanson, Keira Untalan, Alanna Vogel, Harper Wendland, and Oakley Whipkey.
