The 62nd Milbank Snow Queen Festival is just around the corner. The new Miss Milbank will be crowned on Saturday, November 15. But the fun starts tonight! To get the (snow)ball rolling, here’s Clue No. 1 in The Mystery Snowman Contest.
Clues about a well-known person in the Milbank community will be published here on The Valley Express each day until the Festival. Sort out the clues, uncover the Snowman’s identity, and submit your guess.
