Jennifer Jo (Blocker) Bagaus, 71, passed away on June 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born February 6, 1955, in Kermit, Texas, Jenni lived a life filled with laughter, music, faith, family, and friendship. She was known for her bright smile, quick wit, sweet spirit, and ability to make others feel welcome wherever she went.
Jenni’s life was marked by her love of people and her passion for entertaining. Over the years, she held many roles, from selling tickets at the movie theaters she and her husband Neil owned, to being a Registered Nurse, to serving guests through the Disney Reservation Center and Disney Guest Services for 23 years. She also shared her love of music by singing and entertaining at the Orange Blossom Opry and Barb’s Barn, bringing joy to audiences through her performances. Jenni was inducted into the South Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame in 2019.
Above all else, Jenni cherished her family. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating memories, sharing stories, and celebrating life’s special moments together. She also loved visiting Disney, where her sense of fun and wonder never faded.
She is survived by her loving husband, Neil Bagaus; her daughters, Holly (Bryce) Snyder, Kate (Justin) Broadway, and Erin (Justin) Green; and her treasured grandchildren, Alec Moszenberg, Phin Snyder, Aislyn Green, Hayden Broadway, Imogen Snyder, and Lucy Broadway.
Jenni’s family finds comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind and the love she shared so freely with everyone fortunate enough to know her. While her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her laughter, music, kindness, and love will continue to live on through her family and friends.
A visitation viewing will be held June 12, Brewer & Sons Funeral Home-Clermont, Florida. A celebration of Jenni’s life will be held on June 13, 1:00 – 4:00pm at 102 Carrick Bend Way -Clermont.
The family would like to thank the many friends, loved ones, caregivers, and medical professionals who supported Jenni and her family throughout her journey. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
