Members of the MHS Class of 2026 were honored on Senior Awards Day in the Milbank High School theater on Wednesday, May 13. The 71 students who received a scholarship divided gifts totaling $2,494,362.80 – an increase of nearly $650,000 from the awards offered in 2025.
High School Principal Dan Snaza served as the emcee for the event. Individuals from the community presented awards from colleges, technical schools, the Milbank Education Foundation, organizations, and individuals..
Frandsen Bank Scholarships – new to the lineup this year– were offered to multiple students who intend to attend a vocational education school.
