MHS chorus members Jack ter Denge (baritone), Macy Mueller (soprano), and Bryton Blauert (baritone) performed in concert with the 52nd South Dakota High School Honor Choir at the Performing Arts Center of Rapid City on Friday, July 24.
The trio first traveled to Spearfish for rehearsals and, along with sophomore and junior choir members from across South Dakota, were guests of Black Hills State University.
The choir was directed by Dr. Lee Nelson of Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. Carson Covey served as the accompanist. Miriam Schwenn is the choir director and music instructor for grades six through twelve in the Milbank School District.
