Lady Bulldogs Foil Florence-Henry

The Lady Bulldogs varsity volleyball team went on the road to defeat Florence-Henry 3-0 on Thursday, September 17. Set scores were 25-17, 25-18, 25-16.

“I was really happy with how we came out tonight and stayed consistent from start to finish,” commented Mandy Snaza, head coach for Milbank. “We served aggressively and did a nice job spreading our offense around, with Zora, Bree, and Lorn all contributing at the net. Violet did a great job running the offense with 31 assists, and our serve receive and defense helped us stay in control throughout the match.”

The Lady Bulldogs JV team took down the Lady Falcons in two sets with scores of 25-28 and 25-17. “We did a good job playing together and a good job talking about ball placement,” Coach Kelli Pillatzki said.
