Eli Fischer Golfs Personal Best at Pheasant Invitational

The Milbank Boys’ Golf Team traveled to Redfield to compete against seven teams at the Pheasant Invitational on September 11. “I couldn’t be happier with our team score as we played in 30 m.p.h. sustained winds throughout the whole day,” said Coach Mark Keeton. “Eli Fischer had his best day yet, beating his personal best by 10 strokes with an 84.” Connor VanVooren carded an 88, and Jake Trevett golfed a 94.

Keeton said, “With Regions right around the corner, we need to continue our hard work at practice and finish strong at this week’s meet in Sisseton.” The Bulldogs travel to Sisseton to take on the Redmen on Thursday, September 20.
