Milbank Backpack Program Schedules Every Thursday for Pick Up

The Milbank Area Backpack Program is continuing to serve children despite school closures. Families currently enrolled in the program can pick up their weekly food bags on Thursdays from 5 – 7 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church. (Entry is through the Fellowship Hall doors on the south side of the building.)

Jenn Falk, director of the program, says, “Families who are not currently enrolled are also welcome to come on Thursdays to sign up. We want to help everyone.”

The backpack program, which provides food for families over the weekends, is scheduled to continue into the summer months. Watch The Valley Express for more information and how to register for the summer program.
