The Babbel-Ons Toastmasters Club met Thursday, September 17, in the State Auto cafeteria with Mike Erickson serving as Toastmaster.

Jessica Roggenbuck was the speaker for the day. She presented Project 2 out of the Competent Communications Manual. The title of Jessica’s speech was Should Children Be Allowed To Use Cell Phones?

Deb Hermans was the table topics master. Those participating in table topics were Natalie Remund, Stacy Schumacher, Jessica Roggenbuck and Dave Schaack.

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, at noon. Anyone interested in learning more about the Toastmasters Club is encouraged to attend.
