Bulldog Runners Head Into Post-Season Action

The Milbank Area boys and girls cross country team completed its regular season schedule and prepare to head into post-season action next week. Milbank Area will battle for the Northeast Conference title Thursday, October 8, in Webster. The teams will then fight to earn a berth to the state meet during the Region 1A meet Thursday, October 15. The State Class A meet is slated for Saturday, October 24, in Sioux Falls.

The Bulldogs competed at its last regular season meet Thursday, October 1, in Sisseton. Taylor Thue led the girls varsity team with a 10^th place finish while Dylan Johnson led the boy’s landing in 14^th place.
