Registration Set for 4-H Shooting Sports

Registration will soon take place for the 4-H Shooting Sports special interest group sponsored by Grant County 4-H. The group is open to all youth ages 8-19. Participants do not need to be enrolled in 4-H to take part in the program.

Archery registration is set for Monday, January 4, at 6:30 p.m. Registration will take place at the archery range above the Valley Queen Cheese offices on Main Street in Milbank. Entrance to the range is on the north side of the building. Archery practices will begin Monday, January 11.

Registration for the BB gun, air rifle and air pistol group will take place in conjunction with the Grant County Farm and Home Show January 15-16. Those interested in the program are asked to register at the 4-H Shooting Sports booth at the show. Practices will begin Monday, January 18, at 5:30 p.m. at the 4-H exhibit building on the Grant County 4-H grounds.
