Milbank Wrestling Booster’s To Host Local Tourney

The Milbank Wrestling Booster Club will host its large youth wrestling tournament Sunday, February 7, beginning at 12 noon at the Milbank High School Armory.

Youth wrestlers are invited to take part in the four-man round robin and will be grouped by age and weight. Weigh-ins will take place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wrestlers ages six and under will wrestle three one-minute periods while age groups of 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 will wrestle three 1:30 minute periods. Age will be determined by the date of the event. Mat-side coaching is allowed, and families and spectators are asked to not bring coolers into the gym. A full concession stand will be available.
