Thin Ice Means Cold Hard Cash for Isaac Johnson

Isaac Johnson was the Grand Prize winner in the Kiwanis Club Car On Ice contest. He took home $500. Mason Dodd and Emily Von Klompenburg were also winners of $50 cash prizes.

Due to the mild winter temperatures this year, a random drawing was performed to determine the winners. “The car sank before the minimum guess date of February 26, and immediately all entries became eligible for the drawing,” explained Kay O’Farrell, Kiwanis Club member. Proceeds from the event will benefit the children of Grant County.
