The Grant County Library will feature two events in the month of May. A make-and-take coloring project for children and their mothers, grandmothers or significant females in their lives is available now through May 14. “This will give an opportunity for moms to color with their children in honor of Mother’s Day,” stated Tammy Wollschlager, library assistant.
The Friends of the Library will meet Thursday, May 19, at 7 p.m. at the library for their regular meeting. “Those from the community who wish to be a part of any projects, program and other special events at the library are welcome to attend.”
The Grant County Library employees are busy preparing for the Summer Reading program which will start towards the end of May. Watch The Valley Express for more details.
