4-H Malt Wagon Serves 3,500 Malts

The Grant County 4-H Malt Wagon served over 3,500 malts during the three-day event June 6-8. The event raised over $4,000 for the Grant County 4-H and Shooting Sports programs. New activities implemented for youth include aquatic robotics, Lego storytelling, and a year-round sewing club. The event is run by the Grant County 4-H leaders.

Customers enjoyed vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, Butterfinger, and Oreo malts. “For 2017, we will return to serving 16-ounce malts,” said Sara Koepke, Grant County 4-H Youth Program Advisor. “We appreciate everyone’s patience with the trial 12-ounce size this year.”
