Round up the neighbors, wrangle the kids, and head to the Ranch Valley Rodeo this Saturday. Hosted by the Whetstone Valley Rodeo Association (WVRA), the rodeo starts at 6:30 p.m. at the WVRA Rodeo Arena. The arena is located one mile south and two miles east of the junction of Highway 12 and 15 in Milbank. Spectator parking is on the east side of the arena.
Featured events range from team sorting, team branding, and team doctoring to trailer loading and relay races. Events for children include: the boot race, goat chase, and calf chase.
Admission is six bucks for adults, three bucks for children ages 6-12 and children five and under are free. Concessions will be available.
