Tommy’s Popcorn Stand is hopping and popping. It’s moved again to the Jack and Jill Park one block south of Highway 12 on Second Street. Inside, you will find the Milbank Kiwanis Club selling popcorn and treats. But hurry, the stand will close at the end of August.
During August from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, kids of all ages can visit Tommy’s for popcorn or candy and a walk down memory lane. If you don’t remember Tommy’s, it’s time to start making new memories.
Stopping at Tommy’s also helps kids everywhere. The Milbank Kiwanis Club plans to donate all profits to local youth organizations and to the Kiwanis Eliminate Project – a project intending to eradicate maternal and neonatal tetanus.
