Lance and Melissa O’Farrell, owners of Milbank Area Homes, are pleased to announce Elli Grabow has joined their business as a licensed realtor/broker associate. “Elli purchased her home through me and we got to chatting,” explained Melissa. “I believe the combination of her retail experience and knowledge of business will make her a great realtor. We are excited to have her and her bubbly personality join us.”
Elli, a native of Milbank, owns a one-of-a-kind retail store on Main Street – Elli’s Purses and Airbrush Tanning. She has operated the store for seven years and will continue to do so Wednesdays through Saturdays.
“I have a lot of things on my bucket list. A couple were to pet a stingray and to sell houses,” said Elli. “I got to pet a stingray this summer and now I am selling houses.
Elli recently took her licensing exams and passed all three on the first try. “I had talked to Melissa a couple years ago about getting my license,” she said. “When I bought my house, we talked about it again, and here I am. Now I am all set and ready to go.”
Elli is the mother of three children. Steven is 21 and farms with his dad. Sarah is 17 and a senior at Milbank High School and Sammi Lu is in the fourth grade at Koch School.
