Newly elected officers for the Babble-ons Toastmasters Club are: Kirk Simmons, VP of Membership; Jessica Roggenbuck, VP of Public Relations; Natalie Remund, VP of Education; and Kim Veen, Sergeant of Arms. They will serve until June 2017. Other officers (in the front row of the photograph) are: Talia Athey, Secretary; Chelsy Baugh, President; and Karla Wellnitz, Treasurer.
The club met September 1, at State Auto with Jessica Roggenbuck serving as the Toastmaster. Two new members, Kayla Pinkert and Ashley Frerichs, were welcomed.
Speakers were Kim Veen and Kirk Simmons. Kim presented the ice breaker speech About Me. Kirk’s speech was Remembering the First Date.
Karla Wellnitz was the table topics master. Table topics participants were Dave Schaack, Natalie Remund, and Talia Athey.
