Community Bible Study celebrates over 10 years in Milbank on Monday, September 12, at 7 p.m. in the Central United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Everyone is encouraged to join current and former members of CBS for a time of worship followed by dessert.
CBS began in Milbank in 2005 with the mission of making disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ through in-depth Bible study. Through the years, over 280 people have participated. The 30-week study focuses on one or more books of the Bible; thirty-four books have been studied so far. The group has included men and women from 18 congregations representing 15 cities in Minnesota and South Dakota.
