Hartman’s Family Foods Offers Caramel Apples Friday For Combined Appeal

What’s better than an apple a day? A candied apple! Friday, October 28, Hartman’s Family Foods is selling fresh hand-dipped caramel apples. The apples come in several gourmet flavors: plain caramel, caramel with toffee, caramel with peanuts, caramel with a white and milk chocolate drizzle, and caramel with chocolate and pecans. The apple are hand-dipped and sell for $4.99 each. All of the proceeds – 100 percent- will go to Combined Appeal.

“We were looking for something different,” stated Bob Hartman. “And at this time of year, caramel apples are a good tie in with Halloween coming up. Plus, it’s a great way to give back to all our customers and the community.” Guess that gives a whole new meaning to Bob for apples.
