The Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce, with the cooperation of Otter Tail Power Company and the City of Milbank, hung new banners on light poles along Main Street. According to Chamber Events Director, Laura Kelly, banners will continue to be hung along Highway 12 and Highway 15.
The forty-two banners are a donation to the community from the Chamber.
A different set of banners will be hung next spring. “When that time comes, we will be seeking donations,” Kelly said. “The goal is to have some type of banner flying all year long.”
