The Milbank High school music department invites everyone to its annual Christmas concert Sunday, December 11. The performance begins at 2:30 p.m. in the high school theater.
The concert choir, directed by Miriam Schwenn, will open with See Amid the Winter’s Snow. They will also share The First Breath of Winter, White Winter Hymnal, and Linda Spevacek’s arrangement of the Spanish carol, Riu, Riu, Chiu. Jingle Bells will also be performed.
The concert band, conducted by Susan Karels, will perform On A Catalonian Carol, Celtic Carol, and Feliz Navidad.
Refreshments will be offered following the concert. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students.
