Wayne And Nancy Van Hout Turn on the Charm

Wayne and Nancy Van Hout were this week’s winners of the Christmas lighting contest sponsored by the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce. The Van Houts reside east of Milbank at 15099 482nd Avenue. The couple receives $50 in Ol’ Mill Bucks.
