Hallie Van Sambeek Named January Student of the Month

Milbank High School senior, Hallie Van Sambeek, has been chosen as the January Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Rodney and Stacy Van Sambeek.

At MHS, Hallie is involved in band. She records statistics for the wrestling team and participates in the youth bowling league at Top Hat Lanes. When she isn’t in school, Hallie can be found working as a waitress at the Millstone Family Restaurant.

Hallie said her favorite class is biology because, “I like learning about the human body.” After graduation, she plans to attend North Dakota State University in Fargo to become a nurse.
