The Junior Makers will gather Tuesday, February 14, at the Grant County Public Library to decorate Valentine’s Day cookies to share with local nursing home and hospital patients. Will Karels will lead participants with the decorating beginning at 3:30 p.m. Junior Makers is for children ages 6-12.

The Bill of Rights exhibit will remain on display at the library until February 28. “Please stop by for a visit to see the exhibit,” stated library director Jody Carlson.

Following is the complete list of events scheduled for February at the Grant County Public Library:
February 2 – 7 p.m. – Friends of the Library meeting
February 6 – Library will close at 5 p.m. for staff training
February 8 – 12:30 p.m. – When Calls The Heart
February 8 – 5:30 to 7 p.m. – Adult coloring
February 9 – 4:15 p.m. – Board of Trustees meeting
February 13 – Library will open at 12:30 p.m. due to spring cleaning
February 14 – Tech Tuesday – call 432-6543 for appointment
February 14 – 3:30 p.m. – Junior Makers for ages 6-12
February 15 – 10 a.m. – Reading Adventures for ages up to 6
February 15 – 5:30 to 7 p.m. – Adult coloring
February 20 – Library closed
February 22 – 12:30 p.m. – When Calls The Heart
February 22 – 5:30 to 7 p.m. – Adult coloring
February 23 – 5:30 p.m. – Read To Me party for Library Luau reading program participants
February 27 – “Exercise Your Mind” adult reading program begins – more details to come
